Grant Street Group's TaxSys® (Tax Collection and Billing Software)
Job Description
We are looking for exceptional Business Analysts to join our friendly and talented team of professionals at Grant Street Group. As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert on TaxSys functionality. You will also be expected to gain a thorough understanding of the software, database and system infrastructure that supports TaxSys.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and investigate technical and analytical software issues received by: phone, email and on-line tracking system
- Gather and document requirements for new features and functionality
- Be responsive to client inquiries; adhere to internal and agreed SLA’s; maintain company standards of excellence
- Test bug fixes, new features and functionality and document accompanying detailed notes
- Participate in daily review of new issues
Requirements include:
- Strong business analyst skills, technical and functional
- Excellent interpersonal and communication competency in all media
- Demonstrably computer proficient, numerate and adept at learning new and complex software applications
- Strong business writing skills
Knowledge of SQL and databases a plus.
